Thomas Sinclair Supplements to The Gunns.
Thomas Sinclair's The Gunns can be readily bought on the internet, generally in a reprint of some sort. The Supplements to The Gunns are a different matter. There are thirty-six 'Supplements', all published by the 'Northern Ensign' newspaper in 1902-3. See http://www.scottishprintarchive.org/reputation_aberdeen/aberdeen_reputation30.html for its history.
I have scans of of all the Supplements (thank you RB, Wick Carnegie Library, for service beyond the call of duty) and will place them here. Now modern knowledge has made some of Sinclair's 'facts' questionable and his view of historical events reflect his time. However he tells a good tale and he adds to Gunn history.
The Supplements which deal with Sage's Gunn History manuscript I have placed nearby.
All of the Thomas Sinclair Supplements count as 'References Consulted' number 40 in Mark Rugg Gunn's Clan Gunn page 290.
